Lately, it has been a record of my resolution to try a new thing every day.

• I’m a newspaper reporter.

• I also lived in England, China and Michigan (the U.P. and Saginaw).
• I have four parents and three brothers.
• I live with my boyfriend, a cat and a dog.
• I love mountains, music, words, strangers and pickled herring.
• I hate most potatoes, small print and drummers who drown out the band.
